Announcing the Farm to School Network Team

Meet the Farm to School Network Leadership Team!

For the last few years, we have heard from farm to school advocates and practitioners in Massachusetts that they are interested in forming a network to advance farm to school programs across the Commonwealth. Meetings with stakeholders, learning from farm to school partners in other states, and the networking meetings at last year’s Massachusetts Farm to Cafeteria Conference all pointed to the need for a more formal structure for this Network. So today we are pleased to announce the next step in developing this robust network — the Farm to School Network Leadership Team.

The Leadership Team is made up of 12 individuals from different regions of the state who represent a diversity of roles within the farm to school movement. They were selected from over 30 applicants and demonstrate great creativity and commitment to advancing the farm to school movement. These individuals will help define and implement the goals of the Network. Learn more about the roles and responsibilities of the Network Leadership Team members.
