Culturally Relevant Meals in the Cafeteria

Culturally relevant meals and taste tests are a positive way to reflect your student body and create opportunities for cultural exchange and an appreciation for students’ heritage through serving familiar food. In this workshop you will learn how to develop and taste test recipes that fit the needs of your school-wide community in the garden and cafeteria, and get some answers on how to incorporate culturally-relevant dishes into school menus.
