Join Lisa Huang, for a hands-on workshop on mushroom cultivation and cooking for school meal programs! Participants will learn  different methods of growing mushrooms that can happen in the classroom and/or school garden. This workshop will also offer resources for all gardening experience levels and includes hands-on cooking.
