Please join Massachusetts Farm to School and School Sprouts for a tour, discussion, and networking with peers at Northampton’s Jackson St. Elementary School Garden. Learn how the garden has evolved over the years, the partnerships that sustain it, how it’s integrated into the curriculum,  and share tips and tricks for successful school garden programming with your peers.

After enjoying a garden tour and local refreshments, we will discuss challenges and opportunities with garden based learning and discuss how we can all contribute to expansion of these programs for Massachusetts students.  This event is free but registration is required.

This event will be held entirely outside.  All attendees are required to wear face masks and maintain social distancing in accordance with the recommended public health guidelines. Please note that the school building (including bathrooms) are not open to outside guests at this time.  In the event of severe weather we will notify registered attendees of cancellation.

COVID Protocols: Masks are mandatory during the event.
