Asian Slaw

Ingredients

  • 2 gal. of Cole slaw salad mix
  • 1-3/4 cups of Greek yogurt, Plain fat-free
  • 1/2 cup of Sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup of Soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup of Rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup of Mayonnaise, reduced fat
  • 1 tsp. of Ginger, ground
  • 2 tsp. of Garlic, Granulated
  • 1 tsp. of Salt

Steps

  1. Place cole slaw salad mix in large bowl.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients.
  3. Pour dressing over cabbage and mix thoroughly.
  4. CCP: Cool to 41° F or lower within 4 hours. Cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  5. Mix lightly before serving. Portion with No. 16 scoop (1/4 cup).
