Blueberry Kelp Smoothies

Serving: 8 oz (Yield: 20 servings)

Ingredients

  • 10 of medium 3” diameter raw apples with skin
  • 10 of raw bananas, peeled
  • 1 qt + 1 cup of orange juice, chilled
  • 1 qt of frozen wild blueberries, IQF
  • 8 cubes of frozen kelp seaweed, raw (Frozen kelp cubes available at Ocean Approved www.oceanapproved.com)

Steps

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and puree.
  2. Hold for cold service at 41°F or lower.
