Cucumber in a Bottle

In this activity, the class will grow a cucumber in a 2 liter plastic soda bottle for a few weeks until the cucumber is fully grown. Through this activity, students will be able to observe the cucumber develop. Growing a cucumber will be a great activity to sustain, especially when Cucumbers are the Harvest of the Month!
