Italian Bean and Pasta Salad

Serving: 100 - 1/2 cup servings

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 gal of Pasta, Whole Grain, cooked
  • 1-1/2 No. 10 cans of Pinto beans, canned, drained
  • 1/2 cup of Onions, raw, chopped
  • 5 1/2 cups of Tomatoes, raw, chopped
  • 5 1/2 cups of Green peppers, raw, chopped
  • 5 1/2 cups of Fat–free Italian dressing

Steps

  1. Combine all ingredients, mix well.
  2. Add more dressing before serving if salad seems too dry.
