No-Cook Yogurt Feta Dill Sauce

Serving: 1 oz (Yield: 100 servings)

Ingredients

  • 62 ounces of Yogurt, Plain, low-fat
  • 25 ounces of Feta Cheese, crumbled
  • 1.5 TB of Dill
  • 1.5 cups of Milk, Low-Fat
  • 1.5 TB of kosher salt
  • 3 TB of fresh lemon juice

Steps

  1. Crumble feta.
  2. Mix all ingredients together. Chill. Pack into cambros for pack out.
  3. Serve 1 oz sauce on falafel with pita.
