Chicken Pot Pie Potato

Ingredients

  • 100 of Potato, Russet
  • 5 lbs of Veggie Blend, Frozen (Corn, Carrots, Green Beans)
  • 8 lbs of Chicken, Frozen, Diced
  • 3 lbs of Poultry Gravy
  • 3 lbs of Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
  • 1 cup of Butter
  • to taste of salt & pepper

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F
  2. Bake potatoes for 1 hour
  3. Cook vegetable mixture & chicken in brazing pan together. Add 1 stick of butter & salt & pepper.
  4. Cook according to vegetable mixture instructions.
  5. Make gravy and mix into vegetables & chicken.
  6. When potatoes are tender, scoop the top out of the potato and add the pot pie mixture.
  7. Sprinkle 1/2 oz of mozzarella cheese on top.
  8. Keep the tops of the potatoes and use for mashed potatoes the following day.
