Vegetable Gyros

Ingredients

  • 50 of pita bread, whole wheat halves (35 grams)
  • 2 qt 2½ cups of hummus
  • 10 cups of cucumber
  • 6 ½ cups of nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp ¾ tsp of dill weed
  • 1 Tbsp 1 tsp of minced garlic

Steps

  1. Heat Pita Bread
  2. ¾ cup Hummus
  3. ¼ cup cucumber sauce CCP: Hold hummus and cucumber sauce at 41°F or below for cold service.
